Return & Exchange Policy – KaprayOfficial
We offer exchange and return under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
- Reason for exchange or return must be clearly stated
Unboxing Requirement (Important)
- A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, wrong, or missing item
- The video must be clear, without any cuts or pauses
- Complaints without proper video proof will not be accepted
Important Notes
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return
- Regular items will be processed at the current price (if on sale)
- This policy is valid only within Pakistan
Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed for approved returns.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Additional 4% tax will be deducted
Exchange Charges
If exchange is due to size, color, or preference:
- Delivery charges: Rs. 500
- Additional 4% tax
- Return shipping will be paid by the customer
Return Process
- Other cities: send parcel to warehouse at your own cost
- Same city: return parcel to warehouse yourself
Damaged or Wrong Item
Exchange/return is allowed if:
- Item has a defect
- Wrong item or size delivered

Product Disclaimer
- Color may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings
- Minor issues like loose threads, removable stains, or slight stitching are not considered defects
